All debit cardholders are now able to receive fraud alters via e-mail and text message. When you receive a text inviting you to join this service, respond ‘yes’ to the text message to enroll. Once enrolled, text messages will be sent anytime potential fraud is detected on your account. All you need to do is respond 'yes' or 'no' to verify if the transaction was legitimate or not. To opt out of the text message service please follow the instructions provided in the text message.
