Online Banking - Alert Notification Service

Online Banking allows you to set up alerts on your account to notify you when a certain activity happens. This service will help you closely monitor your account while giving you the freedom of selecting how you will receive notifications. You can access the alert set-up by clicking on the [0] alerts number at the top of the Online Banking home screen.

Alert notifications/messages can be set up to be received in three different ways; e-mail, text, or on the home screen of online banking. Alert times vary throughout the day. They occur at or near 5:00am, 8:00am, 11:00am, 1:30pm, 4:00pm, 5:00pm, 7:30pm, and 9:00pm.

Alert Notifications for Checking/Savings Accounts:

  • Account Low Balance: When account balance falls below a specified amount
  • ACH Deposit Alert: When an ACH deposit is received
  • ACH Withdrawal: When an ACH is withdrawn from the account
  • Check Number Cleared Alert: When a specific check has cleared the account
  • Check Returned Alert: When any check is returned
  • Daily Balance Alert: A daily alert of the current balance
  • Deposit Posted Alert: When deposited funds are available
  • Memo Withdrawal: When a withdrawal hits the account
  • Non Check Return Alert: When an ACH transaction is returned
  • Posted Check Alert: When a check posts to the account
  • Transfer Credit Alert: When a transfer credit posts to the account
  • Transfer Debit Alert: When a transfer debit posts to the account

Alert Notifications for Certificate of Deposit Accounts:

  • CD Maturity Notice: when the CD matures
  • CDA Balance Alert: When the balance reaches a specified amount
