Setting up Account Alerts

 

• Log in to Online Banking.
• You will see an “Alerts” box on the right-hand side of the screen after you log in.
• To schedule a new alert, select “New” for the type of alert you wish to establish: checking, savings, or certificate.
• Use the drop down menu to select the type of alert you would like to establish.
• Click “Next.”
• Enter the criteria for the alert you would like to receive.
• In the “Description” area, use the drop down menu to select the type of alert you would like to receive (email, or online alert). Select “email” if you would like to receive a text message and refer to the “Email to Text Conversion” chart.* (Below)
• Enter the address or phone number for the alert to be sent to.
• Click “Submit.”
• After selecting “Submit,” you will receive an Alert Confirmation Message.
• To add another alert, mouse over “Accounts,” then click “Account List” and repeat these procedures.

 

Deleting an Alert

 

• Log in to Online Banking.
• You will see the “Alerts” box on the right-hand side of the screen after you log in.
• To delete an alert, select “Alerts” for the type of alert you wish to delete: checking, savings, or certificate.
• Click the “Delete” box next to the account alert you wish to delete.
