Cirrus® & Plus® – Members (Sponsoring FI's) must be a party to all new and existing ATM Owner/Operator Agreements. It must be determined that the ATM Owner/Operator is a bona fide business, that there are proper safeguards in place to protect cadholders and transaction data, and that no significant derogatory background information exists about the ATM Owner/Operator's principal owners.
