Click on tools (In newer versions of Internet Explorer this will be a gear icon on the upper right hand side of the screen), then click on Internet options. Then click on the delete button under browsing history. At this point a window will open with multiple check boxes (pictured below), some will be checked and some will be  unchecked. You should put a check in all but one of these boxes. The box labeled “Preserve Favorites website data” SHOULD NOT BE CHECKED.

Now press the delete button at the bottom of this window. When the delete process finishes click ok on the internet options window and close Internet explorer. When all browser windows are closed re-open Internet Explorer. In the address bar type “pbandt.com” When the banks webpage loads you should now be able to log into your online banking account.

When you log onto the online banking site after this procedure you will need to answer your challenge questions and know your password. If you have don’t remember your password please call customer service and they can help you through the process of resetting it.
