1) Click Tools, and then select Internet Options.
If you do not see the tools option your menu bar may be hidden. To show it, you have to right-click in the blank area of your tool bar, and enable the “Menu Bar” by left-clicking on it. (See example below)
2) Click Delete.
3) Click “Delete All”.
4) Click OK.
5) Close Internet Explorer.
6) Re-open Internet Explorer, and navigate to www.pbandt.com.
7) Log in using your Access ID and Password. You will be asked to confirm your identity by answering one of your established challenge questions.
