At the top of the Firefox window click on tools and go to the privacy tab, about halfway down in the window will be an underlined link that says “clear all current history”. Clicking on this will open a separate window as pictured below.

Check all available boxes and click clear now. When finished click ok and then close the Firefox browser. Close any other open browser windows then re-open Firefox. In the address bar type “pbandt.com” When the page loads you should be able to log onto online banking.

Firefox 14.0

Firefox 14.0 is a little different. You still click on tools and options but then need to click on advanced, under advanced, click on the network tab. In the cached web content section, click on clear now as depicted below:

When you log onto the online banking site after this procedure you will need to answer your challenge questions and know your password. If you have don’t remember your password please call customer service and they can help you through the process of resetting it.
