Branch Operations Manager
Responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch and supervising the branch personnel. Responsible for developing a comprehensive internal and external business plan and creating and building customer relationships. Responsible for daily sales calls to existing and potential customers.
Applicants must have prior banking experience, supervisory experience in a related field. Must have effective oral and written communication skills, proven leadership skills and organizational skills. Must be able to meet and handle multiple projects and details simultaneously, meet critical deadlines, lead and motivate the staff. Must have the ability to work independently. Travel is required. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Applicants must pass a skills assessment, credit, background check and drug screening.
