General Purpose
This position is accountable for processing deposits and pay out funds in accordance with bank procedures, to record all transactions accurately and balance each day’s operations while providing exemplary customer service to external and internal customers. This position is expected to adapt to various work schedules in order to achieve efficient staffing at various branches. This position may also be responsible to perform the functions of a Relationship Banker. This position is expected to accept instruction and guidance from the Lead Teller.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
• Receive cash and checks for deposit, verifies amounts, and looks for check endorsements. Examine cash carefully to guard against acceptance of counterfeit bills.
• Cash checks for customers after verifying identification and checking account balances in accordance with bank policy.
• Process loan payments, prepare and verify Cashiers Checks, process night drop deposits, sell Travelers Cheques, redeem Savings Bonds.
• Enter transactions into computer and issue customer receipts. Accountable for reconciliation of cash and transactions each day to within the “teller difference standards” and reports results through submission of teller daily balance sheet.
• Analyze and identify possible money laundering activity indicated by cash transactions according to the provisions of the anti-money laundering legislation.
• Maintain proper amount of currency and coin in teller drawer while maintaining established limits.
• Provide customers with information pertaining to bank products, services and charges.
• Complete quarterly compliance training as required.
• Perform branch capture procedures as assigned.
• Provide customers with entry to safe deposit boxes (if applicable).
• Observes suspicious behavior and report any such activities to security personnel as appropriate. In the event of a robbery, remains calm and follows bank procedures to safeguard customers and staff.
• Verify the amount of coin/currency shipments to the Federal Reserve Bank based on legal requirements and business needs.
• Receive and verify coin/currency shipments from bank branches and the Federal Reserve Bank
• Accountable for balancing the vault, coin machine and cash dispense machine (if applicable) on a daily basis.
• Recommend additional products and services to expand existing customer relationships.
• Complete appropriate paperwork in accordance with Bank policy and procedure.
Other Duties
• Reports to work as scheduled. Consistently arrives on time and in work station ready to assist customers by time noted on schedule.
• Gives proper notification of requested time off in accordance with policy and procedure.

This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to Executive and Senior Management.

Facilities Maintenance Technician
Business Unit: Purchasing/Facilities/Security4> Classification: Non-Exempt
Reports to: Facilities Coordinator Supervisor
General Purpose
This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties related to facility maintenance. This position is responsible for providing various purchasing, facilities, and security service to the various Bank branch locations. The Facilities team customer service objective is to assess the safety, security and comfort of Bank customers and employees while maintaining and preserving the Bank assets.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
• Pick-up, receive, sort and deliver mail and supplies to all bank and non-bank locations.
• Perform routine service on vehicles driven, such as checking fluid levels, replenishing fuel and documenting mileage.
• Assists with maintaining building security and immediately responds to building emergencies on a 24-hour basis.
• Wash and fuel bank fleet vehicles and take the vehicles in for servicing as directed.
• Maintain storeroom and supply room in a clean and organized manner.
• Performs routine building and facilities maintenance and repairs as required.
• Maintain the appearance of the Pueblo Branch parking lots and grounds. This includes litter removal, snow removal, weed control etc.
• When snow and ice are present, maintains clear and safe pathways. This includes cleaning up after snow removal vendor and surveying the property throughout each day for the period snow and ice are present.
• Distribute runners and rugs in public areas when water is being tracked onto the floors.
• Works closely in the oversight of outside vendors to review and report on status of completing specification standards.
• Assists the Facilities Coordinator Supervisor in preparing the annual maintenance budget.
• Monitors and replaces light bulbs in all assigned facilities, as needed.
• Monitors and replenishes supplies in conference rooms and employee break rooms.
• Performs minor plumbing repairs, as necessary.
• Coordinates and assists with departmental equipment and furniture relocation.
• Troubleshoots basic electrical needs and determines when a licensed electrician is required.
• Transports supplies, inter-company documents or equipment as assigned.
• Performs immediate cleaning duties necessary to maintain clean facility.
• Responsible for managing incoming and processing outgoing shipments. This includes preparation of outgoing packages, return shipments and receipt of deliveries (i.e. supplies, purchases, equipment). This may also require managing large possibly heavy parcels. Incoming shipments are to be confirmed upon receipt, and delivered to the appropriate party.
• Drive company vehicles for work assignments.
• Performs other maintenance duties as assigned by the Facilities Coordinator Supervisor.
• Distribute and issue building keys; maintain key log.
• Distribute and issue door access codes; maintain log.
• Perform maintenance on teller bait clips.
• Provide dual control on Mas-Hamilton locks.
• Perform opening procedures
• Perform maintenance on VCR/Duplex recording equipment at the Branch locations.

Education and Knowledge
• Successful completion of High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate.
• Associates degree in project management, certificate in trade school or equivalent work experience related to project management, vendor management, facilities and/or maintenance is preferred.
